Automatic redirect (301) when pages are moved

Great if we can get an automatic redirect (301) when a page in moved. Now it gives 404 error. Can this be solved in Episerver or in Redirect manager open source module?

Its not open source but there is a paid add-on called SEO Toolbox that can manage this for you and more: https://seotoolbox.net/
