Yes, you'll have to give access to this function for the groups or users that should be able to use the function. To do this, go to the Config tab in Admin mode, and then select Permissions for Functions under Security. Also, you'll have to install a client software on the computer. This is done in Edit mode, from the Microsoft Office Add-In tab available when the root is selected. On the Install tab, choose to install the client software and follow the instructions in the dialogue boxes displayed. Then, on the Activate tab, you can choose to activate the web site as target for your Office publishing. It is possible to publish from Office to many different web sites.
