Unable to create offline setup package (4.61)

Hi.
When I try to create an offline setup package it always fails with timeout when downloading the file GlobalizationSample.epi4. If I try to perform online installation it fails with UnknownError when downloading that same file. Any ideas what goes wrong?
My OS is Win XP Pro SP2 and I've got 512Kb broadband conncetion. ZoneAlarm Pro as firewall.

I can confirm this error. Can EpiServer provide us with PKG download for offline installation?

Hi.
The most common cause of this problem is settings in the firewall or Anti-virus program.
But if you email episerver4@support.ep.se we can send you offline packages.

I encountered this error today, but kept trying and trying. On (I think) the fourth attempt it worked. The file it was having trouble with was '/Util/setup/GlobalizationSample.epi4'. The upgrade I was doing was from '4.61.0.83' to '4.62.0.533'. I hope this info helps someone.
