Creating EPiServer Enterprise Sites from an Existing Professional Site.

How can I create two Enterprise sites from an existing Enterprise professional site? I have managed to create a first enterprise instance by pointing the home directory to that of the existing site (Enterprise manager recognises this as an enterprise site). However, on creating the second new site, and pointing the home directory to the same home directory of the first site. EPiServer just created this new site as a Professional site. I have amended web.config with the and tags, and . Is there anything I am doing wrong or I have missed.
