Maxmind GeoIP2 for EPiServer 10

PixieEPiServerExtensionMaxMindGeoIP2 1.0.4 is available to install on EPiServer 10 on Nuget. It offers same features as mentioned in Post. This passed the testing on EPiServer.Commerce 10.2.1, QickSilver site. Feel free to report issue if found , on GIT.
