Microsoft Office Integration

Hej. Vi använder Ms Office integration-pluggen rätt frekvent på vårt företag. Den använder ju offices egen "Spara som html"-funktionalitet och laddar sedan upp sidan. När man själv väljer att spara som html och sedan tittar på html-versionen så är bildkvaliteten oförändrad. Varje bild sparas i två format; jpg och png, och när man tittar på htmlversionen så används png-formatet. MEN, när man använder pluggen och laddar upp sidan till episerver så följer jpg-filen med och det är den som visas. Jpg komprimerar och detta får till följd att bildkvaliteten blir sämre. Så min fråga är om man kan få pluggen att välja png-formatet vid publicering till episerver. Med bästa hälsning Stefan Andersson

Har varit i kontakt med utvecklare på ep. Detta styrs bla mha windows script components. Så ev inställningar kan göras i ...util\client tools\components\episerver.word.wsc-filen. Det finns en konstant där man kan styra att man skall spara som html och inte filtered html. Men jag fick det inte att fungera. Fortsättning följer.

Hi all! Unfortunately saving as html will not work, at least without major modifications of the script and filter configurations as it will lead to Word including lots of Office specific htmltags that wont render when inserted within another webpage. It also seems like almost all properties on the WebOptions object are ignored when saving as filtered html so for the moment it doesnt seems to be an (easy) way of getting Word to save contained pictures in their native format when saving as filtered html.
