Best approach for Language xml files exposed to editors

Hi,

I have created CMS site using EPiServer 9.12. The localization text comes through xml files. I want to share these xml fiels with editors so that they can make the changes directly without develpoer intervention.

Is their any add on or app which will give user friendly UI for editors to make these changes in xml file or editor has to open xml file and make required changes.

The language addon only covers the translations in the content, not the resource translations that by custom comes from XML files.
