Custom Image Property update issue

Hi

I am not able to update image details like title,description or url.

I am trying this as per following link. I have done all things but i can not update image detail and even i am not able to add more than one image in imagecollaction propety

In single image propety i have not got auto saved so it can not be saved or published and in image collection i can not  add second image.

I have tried to debug js. but can't get success.
