XForm Selector in UI

I am struggling trying to find a how to add the XForm selector to the page / usercontrol/ or even from code.  I guess my question is I am trying to embed an xform selector (EPiServer.XForms.WebControls.XFormControl()) in on a page.  Has anyone achieved this before and could guide me in the right direction.  I am doing this for dynamic content.

a quick google search on episerver xform and dynamic content

gives some good result on this issue

Thanks Anders,

Deane and I have tried some of these methods, but deane and I event tried this morning to get the xforms selector control and it bombs on create children control.  So i guess we are both at a stand still.

xform selector, whats that?, have done somethinge inside the control sturcture like this
