Can't load Commerce Catalog after update from 9.22 -> 10.01


After update from 9.22.1 to 10.01 I get a javascript error indicating a file is missing when trying to access Commerce Catalog:

dojo.js:15 GET http://localhost:49883/episerver/Shell/ 404 (Not Found)

Any simple solution to this problem?

Does CMS edit work? Do you have any other addons or UI customizations? The reason I ask is that the referenced file isn't part of the core Catalog UI components and also it seems to use the old dot notation which is no longer supported and I doubt it has been used in any framework components for a long time.

Removed a bad plugin, don't remember the name, but we didn't use it.
