Episerver link validation job - This operation is not supported for a relative URI
This might be by design, but I agree it's unnecessary to halt the entire job for what is essentially a skippable exception.
I suggest you register this as a bug and let Episerver evaluate it: https://episerver.zendesk.com/hc/requests/new

Hi,
is there a good way to make this job go through all links :-) Yes, we've tried excluding items in the config etc but still it keeps stopping the execution with an message "This operation is not supported for a relative URI."
Site's content has been migrated from another system so there are lots of different kind of links....
Does this job really stop executing when it finds an URL it cannot handle? Why not just SKIP and continue (and maybe mark the "faulty" item some other way - could not check URL => report)
Has there been changes or updates in this features in CMS 9.x or later?
