Error copying form throws exeption
I suggest looking in to the error logs and seeing if you can see what area is throwing the object reference issue. If you're on the DXP check application insights

When copying a form in the CMS, an error is thrown. I have removed all elements of the form and still not working. Is there anyway to debug this? has anyone experienced this or similar issue?
