TinyMCE Editor's problem with ImageVault

Hi, I have a problem with TinyMCE Editor. When I added Dynamic Content and picture from ImageVault and it is autosaved. But, when I refresh page all Dynamic Content dissapear.
EpiServer CMS version is 7.18.0.0, ImageVault.EPiServer7 version 4.5.2.0.
