A/B Testing add-on throwing 404 not found while trying to load

I am trying to setup A/B testing on my solution, and following the instructions for adding this module i am hitting a wall.
 
i am using EPiServer version 10.10.3.0, and trying to use Episerver.Marketing.Testing 2.4.5
I have added the module to the web.config.
I am seeing the error: Unable to load /EPiServer/EPiServer.Marketing.Testing/Stores/ABTestStore/74a331b9-e68e-40e6-938c-8c78742792f2?dojo.preventCache=1576745398097 status: 404

Hi mhol,

Try different ways to install the Add-Ons on your site with below options

  •  install add-ons directly from Visual Studio
  •  Add-on user interface.
