I have a problem running AB tests in Episerver. One of the possible goals ("Landing Page") works fine, but I get an error when trying to use "Time on Page".
The views are counted correctly, but after the time period defined in "Number of seconds visitor remains on the page", there is a POST request to https://[our domain]/api/episerver/testing/SaveKpiResult resulting in 404. The request looks fine, with Form Data comprising filled testId, itemVersion and kpiId, and originating from https://[our domain], but as the endpoint is not found, the conversions are never increased. The EPI-MAR(...) cookie is also present.
We use following versions of possibly related packages: EPiServer.CMS: 11.12.0 EPiServer.Marketing.Testing: 2.5.9 EPiServer.Marketing.KPI: 2.5.2
This is a setup I inherited and I am not sure how the AB testing feature was installed, it is possible it has never worked in our environment and I guess some necessary configuration step is missing. I have also very little experience with Episerver. Do you know what should I check and what might be missing?
