Every time we try to install Forms, we can no longer access the epi CMS. There are no errors on Form install. How do we trobleshoot this?

Have you looked at the chrome console log to see if there are any errors there?

Have you tried installing on a clean alloy demo and see it working there?

I assume you mean you can’t access edit mode but what exactly is happening?

You are correct, we can't access the CMS in edit mode. When we log in to the CMS in edit mode, nothing displays. We don't have the oportunity to install in a clean demo.

We found the issue. We inject debugging information to the bottom of each page in our non-prod domains and the Forms js didn't know how to interpret this. For now we have disabled injecting this information.
