Episerver Forms and MS Dynamics

Hi there,

Currently we build any forms using a block and we have a click dimensions url which saves the data in MS Dynamics. We have been looking into Epi Forms and the MS Dynamics add on and have a few questions.

  1. Will we need to create a form for each country?
  2. When the data is sent over to MS Dynamics using the Epi add on is the addon smart enough to tell Dynamics which country the post came from?

Hi James,

  1. If your page needs to display with different languages like English and Svenska then you have to create two separate forms (if I understand your question correctly).
  2. You can use Hidden visitor profiling element to collect user-profile including Country, Address, Language etc...  This info is included in submission data and you can extract the information you need.
