What is content of that XhtmlString? Any dynamic content properties? Run SQL Trace during this call - what's content of that file? What is executed on SQL server that causes timeout?

It seems to unrelated to that specific xhtmlstring, it seems to be loosing connection to the SQL-server.

I executed a cleanup of the statistics using "sp_updatestats". Which lowered the indexing job time from 5 minutes to 1 minute and 25 seconds. Still the same error occurs tho.
