So there seem to be something not working for my languages, they are both enabled and there are pages in the languages, but in the edit mode, I get this (external image link):

There are no resource loading errors in the browser, and no script errors, as you can see form the iam ge i can click to the left of the visitor group icon and open the language menu, but the menu itself is empty, not even the master language shows up.

Noteworthy is that the languages and pages in languages themselves work without problem, its just the edit interface that does not work correctly.

Any ideas?
