We are experiencing performance impacts on one of our client servers and want to discount this is occurring when running standard EPiServer administration functionality.
We have seen the issue re-occur whilst using the Page Type Administration tool to manually add new properties to page types and the reorder the property on the page type using the Up Arrow button.
Using the IIS server manager tools we can see the current requests for the worker process for the sites Application Pool begin to queue and start to timeout.
On the front end this begins to effect the end user as the amount of time for any page to load takes an increasing amount of time until requests start to time out.
The basic language and page statistics for the site are: • 52 Active languages • 77570 Page Language Versions • 125076 Total Page Versions
Has anyone experienced this before, knows how to resolve or suggest steps to understand the issue in more detail to help pinpoint and resolve the problem?
