& should be encoded to & in links, that is the correct way. So if the link doesn't work, the problem is somewhere else.

Just to clarify, is it the encoded form as seen in the href attribute or the actual url that you navigate to when clicking the link that looks like this?
The href value is supposed to be encoded just like that, as Johan said, but if the actual url ends up like that I suppose the href value must have been encoded twice or something along those lines...?

If a add an external link on my page in EpiServer, episerver converts & in link to &.
e.g. http://xys.com/?pos=SE&org=STO&mode=big11 is converted to http://xys.com/?pos=SE&org=STO&mode=big11.
Result is that link does not work.
Can anyone help please?
