Nuget only installation of EPiServer CMO and Live Monitor
No knowledge when/if there will be a CMO installation done via NuGet only. CMO still requires a deployment center install and then NuGet updates can applied.

The add-on version of Live Monitor (and actually all site owner add-ons) will possible to install and upgrade by standard NUGET management in Visual Studio. We will probably release this support in October. For CMO, we are investigating how to handle this since it does not work in cloud environments right now.

After working with EPiServer CMS 7.5 a while installing CMO and Live Monitor was a little boring since it was still installationfile with windows Service that demands files in program files and so on.
So I hope that there will be a updated version of these addons that is installed with Copy Paste.
