Is there a ToolboxControlsInstaller.msi available for VS 2008?

Hi I have just downloaded the latest EPiServer CMS SDK and am ready to start development. I am using VS 2008 and it even after installing all the necessary files i was unable to create a new EPiServer project in VS 2008. I had to create the new project in VS 2005 and open it in VS 2008 to convert it. Now in VS 2008 i am unable to create EPiServer page templates, as there are no EPiserver Templates available from the interface. Is there a ToolboxControlsInstaller.msi available for VS 2008? Or if not what would be a quick solution to this problem? Thanks.

Hi

No there is currently no toolbox... msi for Visual studio 2008. There are plans and work in progress on supporting VS 2008, as well as MS server 2008 among other things.

... and now, is there a ToolboxControlsInstaller for VS2010?  Or do you need to go about it the same way ... by first installing against VS2005? What will give the EPiServer templates under "Add new item..." in VS2010?
