Hyper personalisation with Optimizely

I wrote a series of pieces recently on delivering an achievable approach to hyper personalisation for brands without the resources of TikTok or Netflix, setting out the core concepts you need to know, guiding principles for how to approach it, and culminating in a practical guide for delivery using the latest and greatest tools in the Optimizely tech stack.
