| Force | Decision for the whole approval instance regardless of if the user is part of the current step's definition. |
| ForceStep | Decision for a step regardless of if the user is part of the current step's definition. |
| Step | Decision for a step where the user is in the current step's definition. |
| Undecided | No decision has yet been taken. |
