Dynamic content with custom property

Vote:

Hello,
I am trying to create a custom property which has it's own javascript (dojo) editor
This property does not use UserControls for editing so CreatePropertyControl return null.
Now the problem is that i can't use such propetry in the dynamic content.
If I add such property for dynamic content the editor for it is not shown.
Is it possible to use such property in dynamic content? Or is dynamic content editors should be old oser controls?

Hi!

For now, unfortunately, you need to create different properties for regular and dynamic properties. This is of course not a desired behaviour and something that we want to get rid of. In EPiServer 7.5, you can drag and drop blocks into a Tiny MCE editor so this might be an alternative. You should be aware that blocks are currently always treated as block elements while dynamic content can be both inline and block elements, so if you need to have inline elements, dynamic content is still the only way to achieve this.
