First Time Login

When I create a new episerver site with Identity security, it is redirecting me to my login page which doesn't exist yet as one is not created in the CMS yet.  Is there a way to get to the CMS to create that page?

Until you have created a site specific login page you can use the default EPiServer login at /Util/login.aspx

How would I login the first time if I am using OWIN Identity and there are no users in the system when the database is first initialized?
