Epi CMS 9.10.1 :Edit mode not responding.

I have set up the CMS 9.10.1 my NugetManager. I have hosted it on local IIS 8.5 (Windows Server 12 R2).
Initialy it is working fine, but when I started to create the pageTypes from code and access int from episerver then issue started.
Issue1 -CMS conetnt not reflecting to page at fron end.
Issue 2 - When I am selecting any page (RHS panel) it is not loading to LHS panel. Also not able to publish any thing.
Error occure in console chrome:Observable store detected, but no sort order specified. You may experience quirks when adding/updating items. These can be resolved by setting a sort order on the list or grid.
