Content Editing not saving/working or being effective

Hi,

We recently started having a weird issue when editing content in Epi CMS:

In the language gadget, if you want to enable another language for an existent content, when I click "Enable editing for PT" for example, it goes through, doesn't throw any exception or error message but it doesn't enable. We have to do it several times until it works.

The same is happening after that step, when you want to create an existent page in different language after enabling the language for that content, you click on Create -> Duplicate -> Select the language you want, and everything seems fine, but if you check it didn't work.

Has anyone gone through something similar? How to even start checking the root cause?

Thanks

Have you checked the Episerver logs? Might be something there that will direct you to the real issue.

Yes, there's nothing in the logs.

Is there any thing in the browser console log?

No, nothing. And to make it worse, both times (when it works and when it doesn't work) return the exact same number of requests and data transferred / resources.

Is there anything in IIS logs or in Event logs? Because without knowing anything about the actual issue no one can give you the right direction.

I'd suggest to contact our developer support service. until we can consistently reproduce the issue, we can't say anything meaningful

1) There's nothing in the logs. That makes the issue really hard to track (like said before)

2) We contacted developer support service. We are involving other people in the discussion.
