Has anyone had to integrate with a cobrowsing solution, in order to allow Customer Service agents to instantly view and interact with customers’ web browsers, so that they can see what the customer sees and help them live?
We are using Content Cloud and B2C Commerce.
There are a few solutions out there but I'm looking for any recommendations or past experiences / lessons learned.
