NotFound.aspx in CMS5

Anyone know a way of making your own NotFound.aspx and have episerver use that one instead of it's default? I know i can use the iis and web.config to set the iis' custom error pages but it doesn't seem to do catch everything.

Have you tryed using the built-in EPiServer error handler? 

And also what events dosn't the iis or web.config settings catch?
