Can't get PageTypeBuilder from nuget.episerver.com
I just successfully installed PTB and dependencies from nuget.episerver.com. I did restart the site first though so maybe that helped.

I'm having problems adding a package reference to the PTB package on nuget.episerver.com. It seems to be the structuremap dependency package that is failing, I can't add that one directly either (but castle.core works). I get the not so informative message "Failed to download package correctly. The contents of the package could not be verified". Anyone successfully downloaded these packages?
