Retrieve the files from the EPiServer Video Service

We're currently displaying videos on one of our client's site and we're using EPiServer Video Service. Everything's good.

My question is, can we save those videos locally as a video file?

Planning to upload some user uploaded videos from the video gallery to youtube.
