Grey New Form Button

Installed Forms 4.10.0 And everything works fine on my local, dev, test and production environment. But in my UAT-environment the New Form button is greyed out.

I read a post where someone had the similar problem but that post was closed, hence I had to create a new one.

Here is the old post: https://world.episerver.com/forum/developer-forum/-Episerver-75-CMS/Thread-Container/2017/1/episerver-forms---new-form-button-greyed-out/ -- does that solve the problem?

Unfortunately this doesn't help either. Also my block icon is greyed out.

What worked for me is to make sure the setting "Allow anonymous submissions" is checked off in the Form Container block.

I would check access rights on the Root page, make sure your users have access to create (like in the image from Dac Thach Nguyen) - see if that helps.
