How to create DynamicContent in MVC?

The only information I can find on how to create DynamicContent in MVC is this url: http://world.episerver.com/Documentation/Items/Developers-Guide/EPiServer-CMS/7/Dynamic-Content/How-To/Creating-a-Hello-World-Dynamic-Content/

The article describes how to create a simple 'Hello World' DynamicContent control and builds the HTML with TextWriter. But I want to return a View ala MVC. How can I do that?
