Total page count in multiple categories

Hi!

I need to get the total page count in multiple categories. How can I do this without using FindPagesWithCriteria for each category?
Is there a way to use a "or equal"-criteria with the FindPagesWithCriteria and pass in all categoryid's at once??

All suggestions are appreciated!
