Extremely slow UI

Hi Everyone,

I am having some major issues with R2. After trying to login, it takes about 3-5 minutes before it has loaded the entire UI. Every click takes about 1-2 minutes.

My setup:
Windows 7
IIS 7.5
Microsoft SQL Server R2

In general, even with just one Default.aspx, it takes forever to load.

In firebug, it just tries to load the EditCommand.aspx and other images until it times out.

Found the issue. It was AVG 2011 that was causing the issues. Removed it and fast as a lightning again.
