Using page type builder to set access rights on Composer functions

Is there a way to specify the access rights for a composer function using page type builder? At the moment using PTB to create all my functions defeats the purpose a little bit when I still have to go into Admin mode to set the user rights for each function individually to make it appear in the Toolbox.
