Nice work, when will we see a version for microsoft surface..? :-)

A Surface would be really cool to play with, its a bit pricey right now..

Is there any documentation on using the tool. I see documentation on installing the software but no user's guide. I am especially interested in understanding all the meanings behind the color coding.

You have the documentation for the Scrum for Team System templates over at Most of Scrum Dashboard should be self explanatory when you grasp the concepts of the templates. The color coding represents the state of a task as described by the time summary at the top of the dashboard, yellow for "In Progress" etc.
