When and where is the summit?
The OMVP Summit will be at the Marriot Marquis in San Diego, from Thursday October 6th @ 9am to Friday October 7th @ 12:30pm.

When's the deadline for registration?
The deadline for registering for the OMVP Summit is September 1st.
Is there a discount for the Opticon tickets?
If you are a Platinum or Gold status OMVP, you should have recieved an email with the discount code for purchasing the Opticon tickets. If you have not, please reach out to us.
How do we book hotels?
Those of you attending Opticon will use the room rate given to you through Opticon registration. Please book your hotels through October 6th (this is not a typo!). Hotel rooms are first come first serve. Once you fill out the OMVP Summit Registration Form, we will inform the hotel and they will manually extend your hotel reservation, one night, allowing you to check out on October 7th.
For those of you only attending OMVP Summit and not Opticon, we will be working with you individually to book your accommodations. You will need to fill out the OMVP Summit Registration Form. Once completed you will receive further instructions on how to book your hotel room.
How do you pay for the additional night of hotel?
The entire stay will be charged to the credit card that is put on file when checking in at the hotel.
When is check-in and check-out for the htoel?
Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
Is food included?
On day 1, breakfast, coffee/snack, lunch, and dinner will be included.
On day 2, breakfast, coffee/snack, and lunch will be included. Lunch will be provided in a Grab & Go style.
Is transportation provided?
The only transportation we'll be providing is the one going to and back from the activity/dinner on day 1.
