Introduced IEPiServerFormsConfig in Forms.Core.
Forms implement its EPiServerFormsConfig, registers it in the DI container, and looks into modules/_protected/EPiServer.Forms/Forms.config for values
You can override IEPiServerFormsConfig using DI.
