Session-less visitor groups

Description

Page load time is increasingly important to brands, since it correlates with increased conversion rates and better google ranking. Disabling session state can reduce average page load time by enabling parallel processing of requests. Personalized content also correlates with increased conversion rates. Customers should be able to use all built-in Episerver visitor groups without requiring session state on the server side.
