Support getting geolocation from a request header / CDN

Description

Some Cloud and CDN-providers, such as Cloudflare, provide Geolocation functionality by adding the visitor's Country Code to the request headers. Our geolocation functionality should be able to use this information to provide country and continent information, in case there no Geolocation provider is configured. See SDK for details on how to configure the name of the header.
