WebSocketHandler errors occurred when a user had access to a new EPiServer Service API endpoint only:

Error when sending WebSocket message to <omitted client name> System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'System.Web.WebSockets.AspNetWebSocket'
