Description

Adds a built-in logger for writing log messages from the Episerver Log API to .NET Diagnostics Trace. The logger can be used in Azure Web Apps without making changes to the application. See "Logging" in the SDK (http://world.episerver.com/documentation/Items/Developers-Guide/Episerver-CMS/9/Logging/logging-into--net-diagnostics-trace/) to learn how to enable this trace logger via an app setting.
