Campaigns: Find discount when setting discount exclusions

Description

When defining a discount exclusion, you can click an Add (+) button to display a dialog that lets you select campaigns or discounts. The list of campaigns and discounts is hierarchical, like Windows File Explorer.

The top of the dialog has a search field. As you enter characters into the field, the list of campaigns and discounts is refreshed, and only those that include the submitted characters remain.
