Order search: Cannot search by customer/email for class type "Shopping cart" for serialized carts

Steps to reproduce
- In Commerce Manager of Quicksilver site, go to Order management.
- Select Order Search.
- Select Class Type "Shopping cart".
- For a customer who has a cart, input the customer/email (e.g., Cruz Graham).
- Click the "Search" button.
Search results show that customer's carts.
Note: There was no such problem with Class type "Purchase order" or "Payment Plan".
