Is the Alloy demo site closed or has it moved? I get error messages on http://alloy.episerverdemo.com/

The live demo sites have indeed been shut down. Instead, you can test drive the Azure installation, request a demo by the sales team, or download a copy of Episerver to run in your local environment to try out the editing capabilites.
