Manual install add-on issue

I have developed an add-on and when I try to install the add-on on a sample episerver alloy site (v 7.5) using manual upload, the installation succeed but I can't see any changes on module folder. There is no package copied to ModuleRepository. So what is wrong with my nuget package?

Can anyone help me?
