Forms gives me script errors

I know Episerver Forms is still in beta, but I get weird script errors on pages with forms, I get a message from bootstrap that the version of jquery running is under 1.9, but I run 1.11. But I cant se any sideloaded jquery instances either. 

Anyone have the same problems?
